Off-Road Mobility is New Mexico’s Action Trackchair dealer. Our goal is to get those with mobility impairments back to the beautiful high desert wilderness of New Mexico. Both my husband and I were born and raised here in the Land of Enchantment and find so much joy in the variety of wildlife, mountain ranges, and outdoor activities. In 2017, my husband Brandon (soon to be fiancé at the time) was in a freak ATV accident leaving him paralyzed from the chest down from damage to his spinal cord at the C6 and C7 vertebrae. After months of rehabilitation, he was able to walk down the aisle on our wedding day. Although he gained so much mobility back, only needing his manual wheelchair for long distances, something was missing. Hunting, fishing, hiking were all huge parts of Brandon’s life before his injury, and a manual chair just wouldn’t do the job to get him back to his roots. After a few years of searching for a solution, we found Action Trackchair. Our dealer at the time was so friendly, accommodating and informative. We felt excited and confident that we finally found our answer. This chair is unlike anything we have ever seen, and its helped us do the things together that made us fall in love in the beginning. His life has changed drastically, and now with this chair, it has changed once again. He is now enjoying independence that was once lost and back out playing in the mud. That indescribable feeling is what we strive to offer our customers. We have sat in that seat, so we know the needs of those who want to get their life back as well as the loved ones standing beside them.
