Sure Grip was founded in 1986 by Fredericton native and wheelchair user Keith Howell. After struggling to find hand controls on the market that worked well; Keith set out to build his own. More than 30 years later, Sure Grip has become the most popular hand control in North America and is distributed Worldwide! In 2018 we realized it was time to focus on home, we sought to become the destination in the Maritimes for all things mobility vehicle-related; Sure Grip Atlantic was created. From accessories to modifications, to complete vehicles and service, this was to be a place where everyone's needs are truly looked after, no matter how big or small. As a lifelong industry member, we've seen the highs and the lows, thick and then. Through this experience, we have carefully hand-selected only the best vendor partners to bring to the team.
