Carlson Mobility is the authorized Action Trackchair dealer for most of Texas, located just north of Austin Texas. In 2010, Carlson Mobility became one of the first distributors of the Action Trackchair products, and has family connections to the inventor of the Action Trackchair. We love to travel and see Texas...we challenge you to find a town we haven't heard of! ;) ** A little about Melanie Carlson: Melanie's background is medicine; her passion is helping people. She feels that you cannot truly sell a product that you do not believe in. She was a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU for many years, until eventually moving into the Action Trackchair business full-time. Melanie has delivered Action Trackchairs for over twelve years and witnessed firsthand the thrill for a new owner to gain their outdoor freedom and independence. ** A little about Dan Carlson: Dan's parents owned Carlson Mobility until retiring in 2017. Dan's uncle is the inventor of the Action Trackchair. It has been a privilege to serve others with his family's product! Dan specializes in rebuilding old Trackchairs, delivering new ones, and providing service. He has witnessed every stage of the Trackchair product development. Our goal is to establish and maintain a relationship with our customers before, during and AFTER the sale. We will take the time to make sure you get the product you need and want, and work to ensure you are happy with your purchase for years to come. We have been involved with Action Trackchair from the very beginning so our knowledge about the product and its development over the years is extensive. We can help new customers build the right size/model for their needs, but we also have knowledge, parts, and tools to help our current customers keep their older Action Trackchairs going. We have relationships with many foundations, organizations, and donors that allow us to potentially help with funding. We love what we do, the smiles the product brings, and the freedom it provides.
